National Painting Competition |

The National Painting Competition was started
by ICCW in 1981 with the dual objective of creating
in children aesthetics and heighten consciousness
on harmony and beauty. |
|
The Competition is conducted for normal and differently abled children at the State level in three categories.
Normal children
(5-8 years , 9-12 years & 13-16 years)
Two groups of the differently abled children-
Yellow Group (5-10 years) and Red Group ( 11-18 years)
further sub-divided into specific sub-groups for spastic/multiple disability,
mentally challenged, visually impaired, speech/hearing impaired children.
The Competition is conducted by the State/Union Territory Councils
of ICCW all over the country.
The best five prize winning entries in each group/sub-group
are sent to ICCW for the final selection. |
